"Sex comes in three varieties: making love with the one you love, pure lust and making babies. I can tell you all about the first two," winks Liz. "I think Catholics are probably more guilt-ridden about sex than other people, but I'm not. I didn't know how I felt for a long time. Being away from home--from my family--gave me the time I needed to think about myself. I was able to resolve the problem and stay a Catholic. I still go to Mass." The Polish-American model has her morals, her convictions, and her savoir by her side, but she also has a sexual appetite that needs to be satisfied. "Sex is healthy. It doesn't have to be with someone I'm madly in love with--what's love, anyway? How do you know if you love somebody? I've thought I've been in love many times, but obviously I haven't met the right person; that doesn't mean I can't enjoy going to bed with someone," explains Liz.
